Charter of the Greening Department

Yerevan’s Greening Department is officially structured as a Community Non-Commercial Organization (HOAK) named "Greening and Environmental Protection." Established by the Yerevan Council of Elders on December 16, 2019, this entity centralized the management of the city's green infrastructure, absorbing responsibilities previously held by individual district administrations.

The Charter serves as the definitive legal framework for the organization, outlining its mandate, official powers, and obligations regarding urban ecology and public maintenance.
